Grade 1 Team

Welcome to Grade 1!

Welcome to the Grade 1 Team Blog!

This is our second year¬†piloting a new approach to communicating with families. From this team blog site you will have access to each classroom teachers individual site. The purpose of this team blog is to ensure consistent information is shared amongst grade 1 parents. On this site you will find access to all sorts of information, including, but not limited to, ¬†grade level benchmarks and standards, important dates, parent communication information as well as articles and research to help you guide your child through this important time in their lives. To learn more about what’s happening in each classroom, please click on your child’s class.

One item that the entire grade 1 team believes is important is the safety and well-being of your child. SAS has a temporary guardianship form that they require to be filled out in the event that the primary caregiver is out of town. Please find the link below and complete and return it to the Elementary office.
