Bylaws Revision

Dear SAS Parents;

We have a busy end-of-year at the PTSA! As mentioned in our last meeting, we propose to revise our bylaws. We have worked towards streamlining the document to make reference easy and introduce more accountability. If you have any questions, or clarifications, please contact us directly here. Since any changes require time, effort and legal advice, we request that all questions be sent to us on or before the 16th of March. We will vote on these changes on the 23rd of March, at our next General Meeting. Please note, there will only be a yes/no vote on the day.

The link to the proposed bylaws is here. In case you need to refer to the old (current) bylaws, you can find it here.

Bittersweet farewell…

Dear Parents,

On behalf of all the PTSA members of SAS Pudong, we thank Sabrina Williams for her contribution to our cause, to our children, to our school and to our community. A leader who led by example, always there with her wonderful smile to lend a helping hand! We wish her all the very best in her new role at Shanghai American School and we look forward to seeing her climb to new heights doing what she has always been passionate about.

Since the majority of the PTSA activities for this academic year have already been completed and for the events remaining the core committees are already in place, the PTSA Pudong Executive Committee has unanimously voted to keep the team as is, and Jin Hui will assume full responsibilities as President.

As always, we at PTSA EXCO look forward to your continued involvement and support!
